PLACETEL+PLUS verbindet cobra CRM mit der Cloud-Telefonie von Cisco Placetel.

Es können ausgehende Anrufe mit einem Klick gestartet werden und eingehende Anrufe können einfach in cobra angezeigt werden.

PLACETEL+PLUS kann über Ruthardt Softwaretechnik GmbH direkt bestellt und manuell konfiguriert werden oder über den Integrierten Shop bei Placetel.
